Dal 1861 è stata una delle pasticcerie più rinomate della Capitale della gastronomia, sviluppata maggiormente dal 1977 con la gestione del cavaliere Gaetano Fugazzaro, che con l’amore e la sua esperienza è stato il custode geloso di un’antica ricetta tramandata nel tempo: “il biscotto cegliese”. Dal 2013 sono i figli Gaspare e Maria Cristina a portare avanti quella che è la storia della loro pasticceria artigianale, dei gelati e degli spumoni.
